Hi Guys!
I am back with a new blog post today. On the first day of Diwali, I bring to you an outfit inspiration and idea of how can be all dressed up for Diwali, appropriately. Diwali is one of the biggest celebrations in our country, with a lot of gifts, pomp and show, lights, diyas, candles and some fireworks here and there. Visiting friends and family, cards party, Diwali melas and reunions are common during this time of the year. Therefore, dressing up accordingly becomes extremely important.
In this post, I am showing how you can style an ethnic outfit and carry it from day to night as well as from a reunion with friends to a family get together. While picking outfits and making them work for the occasion-make and hair, accessorizing are the main game changers. Some hairstyles, lip colours and jewelry pieces are such that go with most of the gatherings to be attended. Investing in such pieces is the key to look like a diva at all times.
In the outfit shown in the pictures, I have accessorized my ensemble with a pair of golden jhumkis and a pale gold stilettos. These are the kind of accessories that go with most outfits and will probably never go out of fashion. A hair bun is always a classic way of tying the hair up and since I have really long hair this is my go to hairstyle. It looks elegant and chic and is so easy to create.
Simple eye makeup, a bindi and a pinkish red lipstick works perfect for this kind of festive outfit. For a day party, the lip color can be switched with a brown or pinkish brown/MLBB colour.
What are you planning to wear this Diwali? Where did you shop your outfits from? I am waiting to hear from you guys.
Until next time,bye bye!!
