I am back with a new post today. I will be showing you my new haul from Colourpop Cosmetics through pictures and swatches today. This brand has been a recent discovery for me and I was stunned to see the amazing quality at unbelievable prices. On searching the internet, the swatches swept me off my feet completely and I was determined to place an order for a few lipsticks. When I visited their website and saw a steep shipping price of almost $25, I was completely heart broken. The shipping price was same as my order total and No, I was not going to pay so much just for trying out the products.
But I was in luck and the next day, Colourpop Cosmetics announced Free International Shipping on their Instagram Page and Yahooooo, here is my Haul for you guys. SO lets jump straight into the haul and some pictures of the lip swatches.
These are liquid lipsticks which get applied in a liquid, gloss form but settle into completely dry and matte lipstick. These are so matte that it can be a problem for chapped lips and moisturisation prior to its application is necessary. Though, it doesnt give any tugging or uneasy feeling on the lips but the Ultra Matte thing can be a bit bothersome. I use a lip balm minutes before its application to smoothen out the lips for even application. They stay as long as one would want to and do not budge, no matter what you eat or drink. Infact, taking it off is such a big problem and I have to rub coconut oil all over the lips to get rid of the colour. Having said that, I still love these liquid lipsticks and after applying these I hardly go back to my usual pinks and browns. Any other colour in my lipstick stash looks dull now and I have to habituate my eyes to strike a balance between the Colourpop ones and others 😛
Price point and affordability is another major plus point of these liquid lipsticks. They cost around $6 which is approx. INR 400 and finding lipsticks as good as these in this range is nearly impossible in India. I placed an order for 4 lipsticks in the shades namely: Mars, Lychee, Pacific and Tulle.

Hi Sneha, loved your post! I have ordered stuff from Colourpop and placed the order with them around two weeks back and they are showing the shipment is in LA, as it has been for the last one week. Did you face any similar issues when the package was in transit? Please do let me know. I know they wrote that it will be delivered in 15-21 business days and that its only been 10 business days but I am getting a little antsy seeing it not move.

Okay, thanks Sneha! I am still a little worried because there have been no tracking updates, no nothing and still showing LA. Hope it comes and its not lost in transit or something.
Hi Sneha, thanks a lot for your help! You were right, I was worrying for nothing. The order came last Thursday, approx 3 weeks like you said. 13 business days and yes, I was counting. Love love the haul and am eagerly awaiting the opportunity to go shopping for more. 😀
